– Carried by DHL or FedEx
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carried by EMS
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Basic tracking included

Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you during checkout.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, our simple returns process makes it easy to get things sorted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dog Conditioner and other grooming liquids

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
