Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
Important Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Dog Dental Care items
- Dog Conditioner and other grooming liquids
- Opened Deshedding Tools and Grooming Products
- Used Dog First Aid supplies
These exceptions help us maintain the highest standards of pet safety and hygiene.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (51 Hanover St, Edinburgh, GB EH1H 1FE)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the return authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your request:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval. Standard shipping fees apply.
Refund Details
Your refund will include:
- The cost of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping fees (if returning the entire order)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for partial returns. Sale items are refunded at the sale price.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations
