Our grooming tools are designed for different coat types. For short-haired dogs, we recommend our grooming brushes or deshedding tools. For long-haired breeds, our grooming combs and rakes work best to prevent matting. If you’re unsure, email us with your dog’s breed and coat type, and we’ll recommend the perfect grooming solution.

During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

We ship worldwide from our Edinburgh base, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your address.

We offer two convenient shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx (processing time 1-2 business days)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS (processing time 1-2 business days)

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your shipping method).

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return and we’ll provide instructions.
